A Nossa Terra
The platform that runs our entire project — orders, two shops, crops, team and records, in real time. I built it from scratch because nothing on the market did this. It's living proof of the tailored software I make for those who don't fit off-the-shelf tools.

The challenge
- The project wasn't really managed: nobody knew for sure the harvests, the timings or the stock.
- What little information existed lived on paper sheets — each person with their own.
- Orders came in through a Google Form, disconnected from everything else.
- Two shops and a growing team, with no tool to keep up with any of it.
- Nothing on the market did this tailored to the project — not even close.
The approach
Instead of forcing the project to fit an off-the-shelf tool, I built the tool around the project. A full-stack platform (Next.js + PostgreSQL) where orders, crops, stock for both shops, tasks, team and records all live in the same place, in real time. Nothing added or left out — just what the project needs, exactly how it needs it.
What I built
Orders
Replaced the Google Form — connected to stock and to both shops.
Two shops in one place
Inventory and sales for both shops, with no parallel spreadsheets.
Crops and harvests
What gets planted, harvested and when — information that didn't exist before.
Team and tasks
Who does what, without coordinating on paper or from memory.
Records of everything
The project's history in one place, viewable in real time.
Tailored full-stack
Next.js + PostgreSQL, from code to operation — built and maintained by me.
What I learned
Building for ourselves changes everything
Since I'm a daily user, every decision came from a real pain and not from a requirement on paper. It's the difference between software that looks good in a demo and software you use every single day.
There was no shortcut — and that's a good thing
I looked for something off-the-shelf that would do the job. It didn't exist. It took months to build, but that's exactly why it does what no generic tool does.
The scope grows with use
It started with orders and ended up managing two shops, crops and team. The platform grew with the project — something that's only possible when the software is yours, not rented.
What's next
Next up: opening the platform to other similar projects. What I built for A Nossa Terra is becoming a product that other businesses of the same kind will be able to use.
Got a problem no tool can solve?
That's how A Nossa Terra started. If your business doesn't fit off-the-shelf software, I'll build you a tailored solution — from the problem to what goes live.
