I'm one person — with the output of a team.
I build custom AI agents for small businesses and companies in Portugal, and this is my own: a team of 9 agents that works for me nonstop. They publish across 9 platforms, research, find clients and measure results — every single day, without me hiring anyone. And I trust them because I see and control everything they do.
I started because I wanted to create — not to sell.
I wanted to do more: write, film, stay close to the pillars that move me. But I'm one person, and I didn't have time to be everywhere. I'd publish in one or two places, and that was it.
So I built the first agent — just to help me publish more. It started small: it searched for quotes and turned them into a template.
And it didn't stop there. Every time something ate up my time, an agent was born to take it off my plate:
- cutting my YouTube videos — picking the best moments, adding captions, making the covers with AI;
- researching news from my pillars and building carousels;
- telling the story of the projects I'm building;
- replying to comments, so no one is left unanswered.
At some point, the idea changed scale: what if, instead of just creating content, I had a whole team finding clients? Today my agents comb the internet for people who need what I do and prepare the outreach — I just decide who to reach.
The result: I used to publish on one or two platforms; today I'm on nine. I had no business; today I have one, and it's still just me — with a team that never sleeps. And I got back time for the part that matters to me: creating.

Sites pipeline
Hunter finds the business; Vulcan builds the mockup before I pick up the phone — I approve it and call with the site already there to show. Hermes writes the proposal, and I'm the one who sends it. If they go ahead and pay half, I start the factory on my Mac.
Content pipeline
Scout sweeps the news every morning and leaves me the dossiers to approve. Seed publishes on a fixed schedule, Augur reads the results and returns conclusions, Seed improves. Echo replies to comments.
Email triage
It reads and files my email, but it has no way to reply for me — even if it wanted to. It reads, classifies and labels in three separate steps, and none of them can send.
The agents prepare the path. The decisions — approve and close — are always mine.

Brings me clients while I work on something else: finds businesses that need a website or automation (Google Maps, Upwork, LinkedIn, Reddit) and prepares the outreach. I only decide who to reach — he never makes contact without my OK.

It builds the mockup before my call: it puts the site together from the business's own data — layout and stock images — while I do something else, and I pick up the phone with it already there to show. Real photos and data go in once the deal moves forward. What used to take me hours arrives ready for me to approve.

Reads the inbox twice a day and sorts out what's a client, what's noise and what needs an answer today. When I open my email it's already sorted — I decide, I don't dig.

Memory I can read
Each agent has layered memory — identity, diary, learnings — in text I can open and read. It's not a black box: I know what each one knows, and they get better over time.
Each agent sees only its own work
Each one gets only what it needs for its task: the content agent doesn't touch sales, and the one that reads email can't send it. I keep tightening this separation — it's what lets me trust them with real work.
I approve what matters
Nothing irreversible — publishing, contacting a client, selling — goes out without my OK. Real autonomy, without ever losing control.
I know what they cost and what they're worth
A dashboard shows me how much the same work would have cost at API rates versus what I pay. I see, in numbers, just how much it pays off.
I control everything from one place
I switch each agent on and off and see what ran — and what failed — from anywhere. I went from "I hope it works" to "I can see it works".
Works when I'm not watching
A watchdog restarts a struggling agent — or calls me. Secrets are encrypted, and it all runs every day, not just in a demo.
