About me

I've always been curious, but I never really fit into the school system. I never finished a degree and went to work. Later on I found out that I actually love studying.

I've worked in factories, a sawmill, a ceramics plant and a mould-making workshop. I've also been a carpenter, an electrician and a gardener. I'm self-taught: most of what I know about tech I learned on my own, by building, failing and trying again.

I don't believe everything I'm told, but I don't dismiss anything out of hand either. Show me the logic and the facts.

A Nossa Terra is my family's regenerative agroforestry project: no digging, no chemicals, and the soil gets better every year. It started on 1,000 m². Today it covers 6,500 m².

For a long time, orders came in through a Google Form I'd automated myself. It worked, but I'd always dreamed of a proper website and a full app. In October 2025 I started studying and testing what was possible with AI.

Several months later, after a lot of work and a lot of learning, I launched our website. Behind it sits a platform that runs everything: the team, time spent per task, harvests, products, two shops, automatic payments, customer alerts and event sign-ups.

It's been live for several months now. It has over 150 registered customers, opens product lists every week and has already processed more than 400 orders.

This project proved to me that I can build anything I can dream up. And that these days, technology doesn't have to be a nightmare.

Next I built my own website. It started out simple and I kept improving it over time. Then I built websites for friends. Each one gave me more skill and more confidence.

Then autonomous AI agents came along and my life took another big turn. I started playing with them just to understand the technology. Little by little, they became a way to find clients.

Today I have a team of AI agents working for me and with me 24 hours a day. They research news, edit videos, design thumbnails and create content. On the business side, they map out potential clients, build mockups for their businesses, organise my email, reply to comments on my social media and analyse the numbers.

The decisions are still mine.

At Escola Armunia Viola, João publishes all 14 pages of the site on his own, without touching any code. In his words: «It's so much cleaner, more functional and better organised.»

At Energia Natural, Micael works the land. He couldn't depend on me every time he wanted to change a price, so he has a 17-module back-office he runs himself. Micael and Joana summed it up like this: «Available, creative, dedicated and tireless.»

I work on my own. There's no account manager and no sales team: I'm the one who reads your message and I'm the one who replies.

I use AI agents for the repetitive work, but nothing reaches you without going through me first.

I won't promise you first place on Google. Nobody honest does.

I live in Pombal, between Coimbra and Leiria. The work is done remotely and it works well that way. If it's really needed, I can come to you within the region, up to about 50 km.

I started the LivreMente movement, built on five pillars: nature, technology, money, mind and body. I learn from podcasts and from my own experience.

I gave up TV and traditional media many years ago. I've done a 10-day fast. I quit smoking, quit alcohol and porn, and started exercising.

I used to be angrier. These days I'm calmer. I'm not trying to change anyone: I share my path, mistakes included.

I've always played it safe. Showing my work in public is the new risk.
