The mockup reaches your inbox within 3 business days of you filling in the form, free and with no commitment. The full site is ready in 10 days, counted from the first payment (as long as I already have your business form filled in). Once you approve it, it goes live on your domain within 1-3 business days.

You see a mockup of your site before paying anything. If you decide to go ahead, it's two simple steps — 50% for me to develop the full site, which is ready in 10 days, and the other 50% on delivery, before publishing. I accept MB Way, card and bank transfer. On plans with a monthly fee, the first month after delivery is included in the price of the site: the first monthly fee (or the first year, if you pay yearly) is only charged one month after delivery, and each payment covers the month (or year) that starts that day. That month goes with the building of the site: anyone who comes back with the site already built pays for the plan from the day they come back. If you add the photo shoot, it's booked after the first payment.

You do. The domain is in your name from day one. If you ever want to leave, I send you the full site code and a copy of your content — it runs on any host, with no dependency on me.

You don't have to write them, but your direction makes all the difference. I make a first proposal; what we want is to capture the soul of your business, and nobody knows it better than you. So before I write a word, you get a form: the story of the business, what your customers tend to tell you, what makes you different, who you want to reach, five words for the feeling you want the site to have. From that I propose the copy and services, and you set the direction — confirm, fix, add. If you'd rather write it yourself, it goes on exactly as you wrote it. And if you want a level above that, we book an hour together and I write the whole site from that conversation — that comes included in Presença Completa.

It depends on the plan. From Essencial up you get a dashboard with everything that changes day to day — hours, products or services (with their prices), address and social links — and you change them whenever you like, without asking me. The copy is deliberately not in there: you get 3 revision rounds, while I build the site, to get it the way you want. After that, from Visível up you get 1 content change request a month (design isn't included); beyond that it's €75/hour. Independente is a static site with no dashboard: every change is €75/hour.

The first month is on me. After that there's a minimum of 3 monthly payments, counted from the first charge, because results on Google may not be immediate and usually become noticeable at around 90 days — the month on me neither counts towards the minimum nor waives it. From then on you leave whenever you like, with no penalty and no notice: the plan ends at the end of the month already paid. If you pay for the year, the minimum is the first year; after that you ask for it not to renew and the plan stays active until the end of the paid year, with no refund. Either way the site and domain are yours: ask me for the code and a copy of your content within 90 days of the plan ending, and I send them to you.

A round = one list of changes you send me at once; I apply them all and send it back for you to review. The 3 rounds happen while I build the site, starting from the mockup, and end when you approve it. Tweaks to colors, text, photos and positions are part of the 3 included rounds. A new page is a €120 extra; new features (bookings, shop…) are quoted on request. Need more rounds after the 3? I add them at €75/hour, no surprises.
